I’ll keep it a whole buck with everyone. I never saw myself ever getting a car the way I did with Right Turn Auto. Eddy and his team honestly made the whole experience one to appreciate and remember!I always held onto the belief that I should purchase a vehicle in person and get the physical experience BEFORE making any serious decisions. At the same time, it’s 2023 and many things are moving in a digital direction. Not only was the whole process just about 10 days, I did it completely online and over the phone. That was probably the most unsettling thing for me but Eddy assisted me ever single step of the way, answered every single question I could think of and even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process.On top of that, I didn’t have any credit history which apparently is treated as bad credit history and I was still able to get an approval based on the factors in my application. I had an experience with a notable dealership that was the literal polar opposite of what I experienced with Right Turn Auto (I’ll NEVER get a car from a “notable” dealership after what I went through…). Nonetheless, it was definitely not what I expected but ended up being exactly what I needed. I am forever grateful to Eddy and his team! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ANYONE to conduct their vehicle search with Right Turn Auto, especially if you have great credit history. I live in Pickering and this place is in Oakville but if I ever decide to get another car, I know where I’m going. It was worth it, straight up!
